We created the Publictivity Support Center as a simple and easy way for our users to access as many different mechanisms for support as possible. Here you’ll find resources such as the getting started guide, FAQs, uptime/maintenance schedules, Twitter account info, important contact information, and more. If you haven’t guessed we’re fanatical about support!

The current status of the system is listed above. We’ll also post any scheduled maintenance over here as well.

Publictivity FAQs
We’ve created a bunch of FAQ’s that are constantly updated. To search the FAQs go to the right column and enter the search term into the search bar, then click search. To browse through FAQs by category, just click on the category on the right that corresponds to the feature you have a question about. We’ve also enabled comments on all FAQ posts.
