We originally built Publictivity for ourselves. We had tried all the different collaboration tools, online tools, and more in the past. We realized we needed a single integrated package to take care of our working needs. So we sat down and came up with all the tools that startups needed, and packed them into Publictivity. Now instead of working across five different pieces of software, we all work together on one, Publictivity. We've also made applets that help us with accounting, sales, fundraising, and more. For Venture Capitalists

Believe it or not, being a Venture Capitalist is a rough job. As a startup, we spent a lot of time talking to Venture Capitalists for one reason or another. They needed a software tool that would allow them to manage their rolodex, keep track of research on new companies, organize information on existing portfolio companies, and also share information with their partners. We've also prebuilt an applet that helps VCs keep track of the due diligence process.

 

For NonProfits

Publictivity has tons of uses in the nonprofit sector. We can help you keep track of your donors, volunteers, and other contributors. We've also built an applet for event management that can help with fundraising. The buzz tracker can also help you keep track of what people are saying about your organization and related causes.

 

For Public Relations

Publictivity has spent a lot of time working with leaders in the Public Relations industry. Like most industries, they were stuck working with email and spreadsheets to organize and share information. Our contacts section can be utilized for managing media lists. Wikis are insanely useful for creating and collaboratively editing press releases. Actions allow you to keep track of appointments with clients and the media. We've also built a coverage applet that allows you to keep track of your coverage with the media.

Publictivity can be used by study groups or individual classes. Most schools use archiac "collaboration" or "online blackboard systems". Publictivity allows you to manage notes with wikis, assignments with online file storage, and class contacts.
